These policies, terms and conditions shall act as the basis of all transactions between L. United Trading and its clients or prospective clients.

The manufacturer and/or service provider is L. United Trading, ABN 84 119 357 309 and where the words “we”, “us”, or “our” are used in this policy, terms and conditions of trade, will from herein be referred to as L. United Trading.

Where the words “you”, “your”, “client”, or “customer” are used in this policy, terms and conditions of trade, will from herein be referred to as the consumer.   

Privacy

L. United Trading is committed to ensuring that all your personal details and information, including your guest names and addresses are kept private and confidential. Under no circumstances will we provide your personal details to any third party except when required by law.

Minimum order

$150.00 + gst + freight. All orders must be made according to our packaging. Freight will be charged per consignment.

Payment

Payment is in proforma basis unless 30 days account facilities have been established.

Payment method

We accept Mastercard, Visa, cheque, direct deposit and money order. Please include invoice number or fax receipt.

All information shown on website is correct at the time of publishing. L. United Trading reserves the right to change, improve or delete any product without prior notification.

Pricing

1. Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Listed prices are displayed Excluding GST or other taxes where applicable.
3. All prices are subject to changes without prior notice.

Legal ownership

All goods supplied remain with L. United Trading until invoice has been paid in full.

Credit claims

Credit claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
